Lamp Set
This is going to sound lazy, but I'm looking for a lamp to set beside my bed so I don't have to get out...?
looking for lamp to use for reading beside my bed. I don't want to have to get out of bed to turn off the light because then I'm just fully awake again. I can't use a wall lamp because I don't have room (headboard in way), and I can't hardwire anything because I'm renting. I can really only put the lamp on the side of the bed I don't sleep on. Should be a floor lamp with an extending arm that can extend over to my side of the bed so I don't have to reach that far to turn off the light and the on/off switch should be close for that reason. Any suggestions? I don't want to pay a lot; tops, $50.
I have some plug in devices that operate off a remote.
There are 3 of them, and they are numbered, as is the remote. I have my Living Room lamps on them. I got them from QVC.com but I don't
know the item number any more. I've had them for about 4 years.
They are absolutely wonderful, I can turn on 3 lamps in the living room without walking around and bumping into furniture in the dark. I keep the remote on the table just inside the door. It could work in your bedroom as well.
