what means "promise lighting" in this context? I was wandering if anyone would say it in other words?
please paraphrase the expression 'promise lighting'? does it say about prospectives in future development of lapms or what people could wait from such lamp?

It actually says Promise Light when I goggle it.
It seems to be a brand or manufaturer's name.
